Job summary

A leading behavior analysis firm located in Wildomar, California is seeking a Behavior Analyst to develop and oversee ABA treatment plans. Responsibilities include training a team of Behavior Technicians, conducting patient supervision, and ensuring compliance with care standards. The ideal candidate must hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology, current BCBA certification, and have 2+ years of experience. Qualifications

• Strong skills in communication to convey information clearly to all stakeholders.
• Ability to document and assess patient behavior accurately.
• Capable of identifying safety concerns or behavioral issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Conduct regular supervision of patients in your caseload.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to observe and assess patient behavior

Excellent interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using technology for data entry

Tolerance for challenging behaviors

Education

Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field

Current BCBA certification or LPA licensure

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
