Job summary

Hope’s Autism Clinic is seeking a BCBA Clinical Site Director in Springfield, IL. This leadership role oversees clinical operations, staff supervision, and daily site management to ensure ethical delivery of ABA services to children aged 2–8.

The position offers a competitive salary, relocation assistance, and a $5,000–$10,000 commitment bonus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with no weekends, and collaboration with BCBAs in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with individuals with ASD.
• BCBA supervision or Site Director experience preferred.
• BCBA certification required or equivalent supervisory credentials.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of clients and staff through routine checks and safety drills.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to site staff and students.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and billing processes for the site.
• Ensure compliance with Hope and TAC policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement site policies aligned with clinical best practices.
• Lead weekly billing discussions and coordinate with Intake & Billing.
