Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children with autism. The role involves supervising RBTs, conducting FBAs, and developing individualized treatment plans—while driving data-driven decisions and collaborating with families and teams.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
Experience administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, Brigance, and conducting FBAs.
Strong understanding of ABA methodologies (DTT, NET, VB).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
Design, implement, and oversee ABA programs for children with autism.
Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff with ongoing training and feedback.
Analyze data to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment accordingly.
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure skill generalization.
