Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Boulder, CO. The role emphasizes evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism and FBAs, supervision of RBTs, and data-driven treatment adjustments.

You will lead trainings, collaborate with families, maintain compliant documentation, and participate in team meetings. Competitive compensation includes unlimited PTO, annual bonus up to $12,000, and comprehensive benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Experience administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, Brigance.
• Strong understanding of ABA methodologies, including DTT, NET, and VB.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff, including ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Analyze data regularly to evaluate client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
• Provide parent training and support to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities.
