Job summary

Advocates is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee a caseload of ABA services, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality treatment for children and families. The BCBA will design staff training, participate in assessments, goal development, reports, and training on treatment implementation, while maintaining accurate records and clinical notes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and MA LABA licensure.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism.
• Experience developing individual child curricula and training others to implement evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffed ABA program and supervise staff within the ABA program.
• Develop and implement staff training programs.
• Complete assessments, develop treatment reports, and recommend intervention plans.
• Develop plans aligned with best practice and evidence-based approaches.
• Meet with family/staff to discuss progress and concerns; monitor progress regularly.
• Maintain licensure and Continuing Education requirements; stay informed on evidence-based practices.
