Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is seeking ROCKSTAR BCBAs to join our Greenville, NC team. You will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure fidelity to BACB standards while collaborating with families to achieve strong client outcomes.

This role emphasizes mentorship, ethical practice, and ongoing professional growth in a collaborative, supportive environment that values quality care and a life-changing impact for children and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• 1+ years experience in ABA preferred.
• Experience with ASD is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must pass a background and reference check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs.
• Design Treatment Plans of Care.
• Design measurement and data collection systems.
• Provide case oversight with BACB standards (20% or more).
• Mentor RBTs to promote growth and fidelity in treatment plans.
• Attend monthly off-site team RBT meetings to drive client outcomes.
• Attend monthly off-site Client Outcomes review.
• Conduct family training.
• Billing and documentation for all clinical activities.
