Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) in Raleigh, NC is seeking ROCKSTAR BCBAs to join our state-of-the-art clinic as leaders in ABA treatment. You will design and oversee client programs, supervise RBTs, educate families, and collaborate with a compassionate team to deliver high-quality care for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in ABA preferred.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Experience with ASD is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background and reference check.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments
• Design Treatment Plans of Care
• Design measurement and data collection systems
• Provide case oversight per BACB standards
• Mentor and supervise RBTs for effective implementation
• Attend monthly team RBT meetings and Client Outcomes review
• Conduct Family training
• Billing and documentation for clinical activities
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings with BCBAs and staff
