Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Greensboro, NC is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead behavioral therapy services for children. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBT staff, analyze data, and communicate progress with families and schools.

The role emphasizes collaboration, compassionate care, and ongoing clinical development. Ideal candidates hold BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and experience with children.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
