Blue Jay ABA in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and supervise our RBT team. You will design treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and train parents while coordinating with other professionals.

As a BCBA, you will stay current with ABA best practices, manage data collection, and advocate for a supportive workplace that values clinician input and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience leading ABA teams and supervising BTs/RBTs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs.
• Conduct Parent Training sessions.
• Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals.
• Coordinate care with other professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
• Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members.
