Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a BCBA to design, implement, and supervise ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. The role blends clinical expertise with strong communication and a passion for meaningful client outcomes.

You will conduct FBAs, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain detailed documentation. Travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks is required.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload.
• Willingness to travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs and team members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
