Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with disabilities toward independence. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop evidence-based behavior support plans, and supervise ABA staff including RBTs and practicum students.

Salary starts at $71,240 per year with experience-based pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires, plus competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• One year of professional experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric disorders.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office and strong data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional behavior assessments using standardized procedures.
• Construct graphs using Microsoft Excel to analyze data.
• Train caregivers to implement programming with fidelity.
• Monitor and provide feedback on caregiver implementation of programming.
• Provide supervision to ABA Specialists, RBTs, and practicum students as assigned.
