Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral supports for children with autism in our Manchester, NH clinic. The BCBA oversees therapists and candidates, develops treatment plans, and ensures compliance with contract and insurance requirements.

This role reports to the Regional Director and requires travel to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field.
• BACB-verified certification for Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and monitor ABA service delivery options for children with autism.
• Oversee ABA Therapists, BCBA Candidates, and supervise staff.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans and ensure compliance with contract and insurance requirements.
• Deliver data-driven behavior change plans and provide training to staff and families.
