Autism Center of Excellence in Fayetteville, NC seeks a compassionate BCaBA to join our clinical team. You will work under BCBA supervision to support individualized ABA programs for children with autism, while contributing to data-driven treatment decisions and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification in good standing
• Bachelor's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
• Strong clinical judgment and data analysis skills
• Experience supporting or training BTs/RBTs preferred
• Ability to work under BCBA supervision and collaborate with families

Responsibilities

• Support development and monitoring of individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision
• Analyze client data and inform treatment recommendations and program modifications
• Provide clinical support and feedback to BTs and RBTs
• Conduct observations to maintain treatment integrity and quality of care
• Assist with caregiver training and client-family collaboration
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
• Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development
