Avanza ABA, a Michigan-based provider of ABA therapy, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead treatment planning and oversee program implementation. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, ongoing assessment, and supervision of technicians, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification or nearing completion to sit for BCBA exam.
• Ethical, individualized, and effective ABA service delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and Vineland.
• Provide ongoing training, supervision, and feedback to Technicians and RBTs.
• Conduct routine treatment integrity checks to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Monitor client progress and make data-based treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families and team members to promote progress across settings.
• Complete treatment reports and clinical documentation per payer requirements.
• Utilize company software for data collection, scheduling, billing, and planning.
