Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants (TLC) is hiring full-time and part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. You will assist in implementing treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a Behavior Analyst to drive progress and functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in Psychology, Education, or related program preferred.
• 6+ months experience with children; ABA experience and RBT cert preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans.
• Collect data on targeted skills and behaviors.
• Support clinicians during client sessions and team meetings.
