Zoi and Mind Clinics is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Indio, CA. The BCBA will oversee mid-tier Supervisors and Technicians, conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, and provide parent training in both home and center settings.

The role requires a BCBA, a Master's degree in Psychology or related field, Spanish bilingualism, and ability to pass background/TB clearance. 30% remote option with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in Psychology or related field is required.
• Experience supervising mid-tier staff in-home and at the center.
• Ability to pass background and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians in-home and at the center.
• Conduct FBAs.
• Design intervention/treatment plans.
• Provide Parent Training.
• Provide field training to Behavior Interventionists.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Participate in Quality Assurance.
