Job summary

Masterit ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a remote, part-time capacity. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs, delivering high-quality services to children in the Greater Baltimore area.

The role requires a BCBA certification, an active Arizona license (LBA), and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, with strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with families and multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Current License in Arizona, LBA
• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
