Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care and supervise RBTs in a collaborative pediatric ABA setting. You will develop treatment plans, mentor staff, and partner with families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst with supervisory experience required.
• Proven track record in developing treatment plans and supervising RBTs.
• Ability to collaborate with families to set goals and monitor progress.
