Zoi and Mind Clinics is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Indio, CA. The BCBA will oversee mid-tier Supervisors and Technicians, conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, and provide parent training in both home and center settings.

The role requires a BCBA, a Master's degree in Psychology or related field, Spanish bilingualism, and ability to pass background/TB clearance. 30% remote option with competitive compensation.

Zoi and Mind Clinics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting FBAs, developing individualized treatment plans, Supervising mid-tier Case Managers and Behavior Technicians.

Position Title: (BCBA)

Location: Indio, CA

Position type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Full Time: Hourly: $75.00 -$90.00

BCBA JOB SUMMARY:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passionate about working with children and families
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Master's degree in Psychology or in related fields.
• Ability to pass a background clearance
• TB clearance
• Excellent knowledge in report writing
• Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Minimum of 1 years of experience of Clinical Supervision (in-home setting)
