Job summary

Childwise ABA in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings. You will work with children with autism, families, and clinical staff to develop effective interventions.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Ohio COBA license or eligibility.
• Experience supervising ABA programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments as a BCBA.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment goals.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical notes.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
