Job summary
Tender Care ABA in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high‑quality behavioral support and clinical oversight for children in school, daycare, and home-based settings.
The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, supervise implementation, and collaborate with families, educators, caregivers, and other professionals to support progress.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification through BACB required.
- COBA license required or in process.
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience applying ABA in school, daycare, and home settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans with the therapy team.
- Conduct assessments and data analysis to guide goals.
- Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.
- Collaborate with families and educators to support transitions.
- Monitor progress and adjust programs to improve outcomes.
- Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices and integrate them.
