Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-center team. You will develop individualized, evidence-based ABA plans and work closely with families to track progress in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB and licensure in applicable states.
• Experience supervising RBTs or mentoring trainees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a child-centered environment.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and celebrate growth.
