Job summary

Aaran Therapy Center in Minnesota seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA services. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, supervision, caregiver collaboration, progress monitoring, and compliant documentation.

The position is primarily center-based in Woodbury with limited hybrid flexibility, emphasizing supervision of staff, staff training, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful

Qualifications

• Must have a master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or willingness to obtain before start date.
• Experience with children with developmental or behavioral needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments, FBAs, and develop ITPS.
• Monitor progress with data collection, graphing, and analysis.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and staff.
• Collaborate with families to set goals and train caregivers.
• Maintain compliant clinical records and adhere to regulations.
