Job summary

Midwest Autism & Therapy Center is seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our Woodbury team, providing clinical oversight, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality ABA services. This role emphasizes fidelity to treatment plans, supervision, and collaborative practice in a clinic setting.

You will supervise RBTs, mentor clinical staff, and partner with families and interdisciplinary providers to promote meaningful client progress while upholding BACB ethics and state requirements.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • BCBA certification from BACB.
  • LBA licensure or eligibility in-state.
  • 3–5 years ABA clinic experience (preferred).
  • Experience supervising RBTs and technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and monitoring treatment plans, client progress, and clinical outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conducting regular caregiver training and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary providers to support client progress.
  • Ensuring compliance with BACB Ethics Code, payer requirements, state regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Mentoring and training staff, providing clinical consultation and performance feedback.
  • Onboarding and competency development of new clinical staff.
  • Partnering with leadership to promote efficient clinic operations and continuous program improvement.
  • Maintain reasonable caseloads to allow meaningful supervision and timely treatment plan updates.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility for licensure in the state
Minimum 3-5 years of experience providing ABA services as a BCBA in a clinic setting
Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians

Responsibilities And Duties

Midwest Autism & Therapy Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Woodbury team. This role is responsible for providing clinical oversight, mentoring clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and supporting the continued growth and success of our programs.

As a BCBA, you will oversee clinical excellence by maintaining appropriate clinician-to-client ratios, ensuring individualized treatment plans are implemented with fidelity, and promoting evidence-based practices across your team. You will provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical staff while fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Reviewing and monitoring treatment plans, client progress, and clinical outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conducting regular caregiver training and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary providers to support meaningful client progress.
  • Ensuring compliance with BACB Ethics Code, payer requirements, state regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Supporting clinician development through mentorship, training, performance feedback, and clinical consultation.
  • Assisting with onboarding, training, and competency development of new clinical staff.
  • Partnering with operational leadership to promote efficient clinic operations, quality assurance initiatives, and continuous program improvement.
  • Maintaining reasonable caseload expectations that allow for meaningful supervision, timely treatment plan updates, and exceptional client care.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility for licensure in the state (if applicable)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience providing ABA services as a BCBA in a clinic setting (preferred, not always required)
  • Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice aligned with BACB Ethics Code
