About Us

Responsibilities and Duties:

Midwest Autism & Therapy Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Woodbury team. This role is responsible for providing clinical oversight, mentoring clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and supporting the continued growth and success of our programs.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing and monitoring treatment plans, client progress, and clinical outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conducting regular caregiver training and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary providers to support meaningful client progress.
  • Ensuring compliance with BACB Ethics Code, payer requirements, state regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Supporting clinician development through mentorship, training, performance feedback, and clinical consultation.
  • Assisting with onboarding, training, and competency development of new clinical staff.
  • Partnering with operational leadership to promote efficient clinic operations, quality assurance initiatives, and continuous program improvement.
  • Maintaining reasonable caseload expectations that allow for meaningful supervision, timely treatment plan updates, and exceptional client care.

Our Registered Behavior Technicians are supported through structured training, ongoing supervision, and consistent schedules that promote both employee satisfaction and positive client outcomes. We believe investing in our team creates stronger clinical programs and better outcomes for the children and families we serve.
