Job summary

Crown ABA is seeking a compassionate BCBA/LBA to join our Bowie, Maryland team. You will work with children and families, create individualized treatment plans, support RBTs/BCaBAs, and ensure high-quality, thoughtful care.

Your role includes assessments, plan development, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with caregivers and schools to achieve consistent outcomes. A flexible, supportive environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Maryland LBA license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date.
• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs is preferred.
• A collaborative, flexible, and family-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client strengths and priorities.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and make clinical recommendations as needed.
• Provide supervision and ongoing support to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Conduct training for parents and caregivers when appropriate.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, payer, state, and company requirements.
