Job summary

Aspire Public Schools is looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to support Aspire East Palo Charter School. The role involves planning and monitoring behavioral support services, training staff, and collaborating with them on behavioral challenges.

Successful candidates will have a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, alongside experience in behavior analysis. The position offers a competitive salary range of $81,762 - $114,752 and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

  • Have excellent reasoning, analytical and communication skills.
  • Read and write at a level sufficient for the performance of assigned duties.
  • Plan, organize, implement and supervise district-wide programs.
  • Communicate effectively, tactfully and persuasively, both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of strategies of successful inclusion of students with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options.
  • Develop training and coaching for school staff regarding positive behavior support.
  • Collaborate with school staff on behavioral challenges.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and provide behavior consultation.
