Duffers LLC doing business as Success on the Spectrum in Sanford, NC is hiring a BCBA Intern to support behavior analytic services. You will implement treatment plans under a BCBA, prepare client materials, record data in Central Reach, and attend weekly team and performance meetings.

This internship includes initial training at minimum wage, later transitioning to the full hourly rate of $21/hour; you must obtain an RBT certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Internship program with structured training
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 6 months
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Client material creation and preparation
• Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA
• Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games)
• Record client data into Central Reach program
• Convert appointments into billing
• Write detailed SOAP notes
• Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA
• Attend weekly performance goal meetings with CEO
• Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities
• General Cleaning/Sanitizing duties
