Job summary

Success On The Spectrum (SOS) in Sanford, FL seeks a passionate BCBA to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work weekdays 8:00 AM–4:00 PM in a center-based setting, with potential in-home/in-school supervision. Expect a supportive team, clinical leadership, and opportunities for growth.

You will assess, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training while managing a 6–12 client caseload and collaborating with the clinical team to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing ABA therapy.
• Ability to coordinate assessments and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and supervision of treatment plans.
• Training of RBTs and parent training.
• Manage a caseload of 6–12 full-time clients (25–32 billable hours/week).
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure adherence to plans and quality of care.
