Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Chattanooga, TN for a full-time inpatient role. The candidate will design, implement, and supervise Behavior Support Plans, conduct FBAs and BIPs, and train staff while providing crisis support and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Active Tennessee LBA with BCBA credentials is required, plus Master’s in ABA or related field, BACB coursework, and supervised fieldwork. PCM certification is preferred within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Tennessee.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Completion of Verified Course Sequence (VCS) or BACB-approved coursework.
• Completion of supervised fieldwork per BACB standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for individuals with behavioral concerns.
• Develop function-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team and Individual Support Plan meetings.
• Train staff on Behavior Support Plans and foundational interventions.
• Provide crisis support and hands-on coaching during behavioral episodes.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
