Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and develop behavior support plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting behavioral assessments, training staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Ideal candidates will hold an active BCBA certification and have at least two years of experience in a relevant setting. The position offers a full-time schedule in Jackson, TN.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain an active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Must meet all local and state licensure requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IDD or behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Monitor and adjust interventions to improve behavioral outcomes.
• Provide training for direct support staff on behavioral principles.
