Job summary

Advancing Opportunities is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Beverly-Rancocas, NJ, with travel throughout New Jersey. This full-time role offers a $90,000 annual salary and a $500 sign-on bonus to support individuals with developmental disabilities and related needs.

The BCBA will deliver comprehensive behavioral support, conduct assessments, develop and monitor behavior plans, train staff, and collaborate with families and partners to promote independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or closely related field.
• Current BCBA credential.
• Current New Jersey professional licensure.
• Minimum of three years of experience with individuals with disabilities in behavior modification or behavioral support.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate behavioral support needs in community-based services.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and revise individualized behavior programs.
• Conduct clinical assessments and use data to guide interventions.
• Develop goals and strategies to promote independence and positive outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and training to staff and residential teams.
• Train staff in program strategies, data collection, and reporting.
• Observe delivery of services and provide feedback to enhance practices.
• Deliver direct behavioral intervention during emergencies when needed.
• Carry a work-issued mobile phone for crisis management responsibilities.
• Collaborate with staff, families, advocates, and partners across NJ.
