Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments including FBAs and skill-based assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs per BACB guidelines.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs to meet client goals.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with families and teams.
• Provide caregiver training and support for skill generalization.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
