Job summary

Guiding Stars ABA, a Finni Health company, in Virginia Beach, VA, seeks a BCaBA to conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and provide direct therapy. This role offers in-person or hybrid work options, competitive hourly pay of $40–$45, and opportunities for CEUs and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Active CPR certification (we'll help you obtain if needed).
• Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy and family support.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, confidential documentation.
• Stay informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health.
