Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor to guide practicum hours toward BCBA certification. The role is full-time, pays hourly, and includes physician-style supervision with a BCBA mentor.

This position sits within our Apex Program and offers structured development toward a BCBA role as you near testing. Highlights include a base pay of $32.50/hour, a $2,000 signing bonus, and eligibility for an additional $5,000 after passing the BCBA exam.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy.
• Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress.
• Update client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT).
• Training and coaching to be provided.
• Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar’s in-house curriculum.
• Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist.
• Receive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinic.
• Be a part of the Soar integrated care team, participating in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.
• Conduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress.
