Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services Inc is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Hayward, Union City, and Livermore clinics. You will design and oversee ABA programs for children, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and coach families in implementing interventions.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA-based treatment plans.
• Train parents and caregivers in behavior management strategies.
• Monitor data and adjust plans to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with speech, occupational, and education teams for integrated care.
• Maintain ethical and BACB professional standards.
