Bay Area Behavior Consultants, LLC in Pinole, CA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services, supervise staff, and uphold our family-oriented culture.

Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing intervention plans, ensuring 20% in-person hours, managing caseloads up to 15, training paraprofessionals, and collaborating with families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification must be held.
• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field required.
• Completion of training and continuing education to supervise RBTs.
• CPR certification – in-person only (within 90 days of hire).
• Supervisory experience preferred; prior experience in behavioral/mental health setting beneficial.
• Familiarity with standardized skill assessments (VBMAPP, Vineland 3, EFL, AIM, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments to develop intensive and effective behavior intervention plans.
• Provide at least 20% of monthly working hours in person.
• Manage a potential caseload of up to 15 clients.
• Demonstrate mastery of ABA principles, theory, methods, and evidence-based practices.
• Attend and participate in clinical team meetings.
• Train and supervise paraprofessionals in 1:1 ABA services.
• No billable requirement; scheduled hours based on full-time status.
