Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team in Hayward, Union City, and Livermore, CA. This full-time, in-person role develops and oversees ABA-based intervention plans for children and coordinates with speech, OT, and education professionals.

Competitive pay ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 per year and opportunities for mentorship and professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with children who have developmental or behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA-based treatment plans.
• Train parents and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
• Monitor data and adjust plans to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with speech, OT, early interventionists, and educators.
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain BACB ethical and professional standards.
