Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team. We welcome both experienced BCBAs and new graduates who are passionate about making a difference in a child’s life.

We offer in-home and community-based services, with supervision provided by our Executive Director and Clinical Director who has over 20 years of BCBA experience. Flexible schedules, ongoing professional development, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community ABA services to children with autism.
• Develop, monitor and update instructional programs across language and social domains.
• Train paraprofessionals on implementing programs and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with team members in a structured treatment setting.
