Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based behavioral analysis services to children with autism. You will develop and monitor instructional programs, assess progress, and collaborate with families to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• BCBA certification required for the role.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others as part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in systems such as Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community; supervision by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work well in teams.
