Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC in North Carolina is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team. We provide ABA therapy in-home and in community settings, supervised by experienced leaders with a BCBA background.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community settings; supervision by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Train staff and paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work well in teams.
