Job summary

Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families through community-based and in-home ABA services across Northwest Indiana. This is a hands-on clinical role for a BCBA who wants to work directly in the communities they serve — building real relationships with families in their own homes and everyday environments.

Starting salary is $100,000/year with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing and Indiana LBA licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with pediatric ABA preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for in-home travel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy in home/community settings.
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching.
• Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices across community-based service delivery.
