Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a community-based clinical leader in Hammond, IN, with a focus on functional assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with families and schools.

This Chicago-area commuting role requires Indiana LBA licensure or eligibility and a BCBA in good standing. Flexible scheduling and autonomy are highlighted within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Indiana LBA licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with pediatric ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy in home/community settings.
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching.
• Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices across community-based service delivery.
