Job summary

Achievers ABA Therapy in Chicago area seeks a BCBA to conduct functional assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs providing in-home and community-based ABA therapy. Starting salary is $100,000/year with performance-based bonuses; strong emphasis on clinical autonomy and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing (required).
• Active Indiana LBA licensure, or immediate eligibility to obtain (required).
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with pediatric ABA preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy in home/community settings
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
• Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices across community-based service delivery
