Galaxy ABA Therapy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under the supervision of a BCBA, helping design and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will support RBTs, collect data, and collaborate with families in home and community settings across the Charlotte area.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for (or holding) North Carolina LABA licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and community settings.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the supervising BCBA with assessments, treatment plan development, and progress reports.
• Implement and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs, including on-the-job modeling and feedback.
• Collect, graph, and analyze client data to guide clinical decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and maintain regular communication with families.
• Complete timely, accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with payer and BACB requirements.
