As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) at Galaxy ABA Therapy, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement and help design individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will provide direct and supervisory support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collect and analyze data, and partner closely with families in home and community settings across the Charlotte area.
Assist the supervising BCBA with assessments, treatment plan development, and progress reports
Implement and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise, train, and support RBTs, including on-the-job modeling and feedback
Collect, graph, and analyze client data to guide clinical decisions
Provide caregiver training and maintain regular communication with families
Complete timely, accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with payer and BACB requirements
Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Eligible for (or holding) North Carolina Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) licensure
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and community settings
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per year (full-time), based on experience
