Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our Maryland team. You will deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and work with families to implement individualized treatment plans.

You will also supervise Behavior Technicians and participate in data-driven decision making, with scheduling options including evenings and weekends. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• 1+ years of ASD/ABA experience is preferred.
• Strong assessment and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and families in home-based settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with parents and professionals.
• Conduct assessments, program evaluations, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure high-quality services.
• NO CASELOADS- Provide in-person supervision while another BCBA oversees caseload.
