Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia LBA licensure is required.
• Experience in ABA and behavior analysis is expected.

Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise behavioral assessments and functional analyses.
• Develop individualized goals and behavior support plans.
• Maintain quantifiable data systems to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Lead regular supervision meetings and deliver family training per ITP.
