Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Current BACB certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst required.
• 2–3 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families using behavior analytic technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians as required.
• Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed.
• Produce progress reports and treatment plans to meet regulatory and funding timelines.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and attention to detail in all tasks.
