Job summary

Ambitions ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality in-home ABA therapy for children and to support their families in Springfield, MA. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using standardized assessment methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
